THE ABOVE MENTIONED RATES ARE NET OF THE TOURIST TAX THAT WILL BE CHARGED UPON THE CUSTOMER’S DEPARTURE WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED RATES: Rooms with private bathroom, shower and veranda. Daily room cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels, safe deposit box, color tv, fridge, fan, hairdryer, telephone, WI-FI, internal attended parking lot. Beach service with 1 sun umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 lounger (included even for those who book the accommodation package only ), table tennis ,playground, bike service , TV room.

Rich Buffet breakfast.
Lunch and dinner: Menu including 3 main and second courses of choice.
Buffet side dishes, fruit or dessert.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:

- Room air conditioning € 5,00 per day and per room only (optional).
- Beverages at mealtimes

POSSIBILITY OF FLEXIBLE STAY WITH ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE NOT NECESSARILY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

RULES FOR GUESTS

1 – Rooms are available between 3 and 8 pm on the arrival date or earlier when possible. On the departure date, rooms must be vacated no later than am by returning keys at the reception.
2 – The booking becomes valid as soon as we receive a deposit equal to 20% of the whole amount.
3 – The booking dates must be intended: the first on the arrival day, the second on the departure day.
4 – In case of cancellation, up to 30 days before the arrival date it will be possible to request the deposit refund.
5 – In case of delayed arrival the room must be kept vacant until 8 pm on the booking day except otherwise specified.
6 – The reservation period must be paid in full regarding the accommodation; both in case of a delayed arrival or early departure.
7 – Unconsumed meals will not be refunded.
8 – Pets are not admitted
9 – Current account cheques are not accepted
10 – Credit cards accepted
11 – Stay silent between 2 and 4 pm.
